As an Equipment Operator, you will safely operate warehouse equipment to accurately pick, transport, and organize merchandise while supporting efficient distribution center operations and customer order fulfillment. The is a temp to hire opportunity.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of cherry picker experience
• 1+ year of stand-up and sit-down forklift experience
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet riders, stock pickers, and other material handling equipment
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse picking systems preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures

What You'll Do as an Equipment Operator:

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform pre-operational equipment inspections and report safety concerns promptly
• Accurately pick, transport, and stage merchandise for customer and online orders
• Handle and transport hazardous materials in compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
• Stock products in designated warehouse locations to maintain inventory organization and accessibility
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and support accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout each shift
• Safely maneuver equipment in narrow aisles and confined warehouse spaces
• Work at heights as required when operating elevated equipment
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and safety expectations
• Assist with additional warehouse-related duties as assigned
