Day Shift – $20.50/hour +$3/per hour incentives
- Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Night Shift – $21.50/hour + $3/per hour incentives
- Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
New Hire Sign-On Bonus Opportunity
Newly hired MHE Operators may also be eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus, paid as follows:
- $250 after completing the first full week of scheduled work with no absences
- $250 after reaching 45 calendar days of employment and working at least 90% of scheduled hours during that period
To qualify each week, employees must:
- Work all scheduled shifts
- Work all assigned mandatory overtime
- Report to work on time
- Complete scheduled shifts unless approved to leave early
- Remain actively employed throughout the qualification week
What You'll Do:
- Load, pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and inventory verification
- Conduct audits and tote induction with attention to detail
- Stage products for outbound shipments
- Safely operate a cherry picker and other material handling equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work environment
What We're Looking For:
- Previous forklift and/or cherry picker experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- Experience with inventory control and shipping processes is a plus
