Chemistry Lab Manager

We are hiring for Chemistry Lab Manager for a well known large hospital. Responsibilities include:

• Ensure quality of testing and clinical services in compliance with established standards including ensuring safe employee / patient environment.
• Direct and supervise tests performed by Chemistry Scientists and interprets results for physicians and provide advise on follow-up tests, as needed.
• Oversee Quality Control Program and prepare reports for the management and establish Quality Assurance Program to review technologists performances, compliances, Quality Control and test results.
• Take initiatives for effective utilization of laboratory / IT software
• Hire and train laboratory staff and be responsible for effective performance management

Requirements

• Atleast 4-6 years relevant experience
• BS degree in healthcare discipline
• ASCP or NCA Certification
