Job Details:
- Pay: $22-$24/hr to Start!!
- 6-month assignment, possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
- Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
- Position will be mainly responsible for supporting routine analytical toxicology laboratory activities, including sample preparation, extraction, analytical testing, and data review.
- Position will perform routine analytical testing using LC-MS/MS and prepare reagents, standards, controls, and calibration solutions according to approved methods and study protocols.
- Position will review and document analytical results, maintain accurate laboratory records and electronic documentation, and assist with instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance checks.
- Position will also support laboratory investigations, inventory, and general laboratory operations while following established GMP, GLP, safety, quality, and regulatory procedures.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Toxicology, or a related scientific discipline is Required!
- Knowledge or experience with chromatography and mass spectrometry techniques is Required!
- 0–2 years of analytical laboratory experience with pipetting and laboratory documentation skills is Preferred!
- Hands-on LC-MS/MS experience or experience with other chromatography techniques such as HPLC, GC, or TLC is Preferred!
- Experience working with biological samples and/or in a toxicology, pharmaceutical, environmental, CRO, GMP, or GLP laboratory is Preferred!
