    Overview
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Chemist to support laboratory operations and ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of chemical testing and analysis. This role is fully on-site in Los Angeles and offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting critical projects across manufacturing, environmental, or industrial applications.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
    • Perform routine and non-routine laboratory testing using standard methods and instrumentation
    • Maintain accurate records of test results, observations, and procedures
    • Interpret data and prepare reports with clear conclusions and recommendations
    • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and quality control procedures
    • Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
    • Support method development, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, production, and engineering




    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field
    • 2 to 5 years of hands-on laboratory experience
    • Strong understanding of laboratory techniques and analytical methods
    • Experience with instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, or similar
    • Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, or similar)
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
    • Effective communication and problem-solving skills


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in manufacturing, environmental, pharmaceutical, or industrial settings
    • Familiarity with LIMS or other laboratory data systems
    • Experience with method development or validation
