With ongoing investment in people, technology, and operational improvements, this company offers long-term career stability and opportunities for professional growth within an essential manufacturing sector.Job DescriptionSupervise and coordinate daily activities across a multi-shift chemical production operation.Lead production employees to ensure output, quality, safety, and operational targets are achieved.Develop, communicate, and manage production schedules across all shifts.Monitor raw material inventory levels and coordinate purchasing requirements to support uninterrupted operations.Partner with engineering and technical teams to implement process improvements and operational efficiencies.Coordinate workflows with quality, laboratory, wastewater, and order fulfillment functions.Investigate and resolve production issues while supporting employees in problem-solving activities.Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, quality requirements, environmental regulations, and company safety standards.Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities when required.Maintain accurate operational documentation and support quality management initiatives.Train, mentor, and develop production personnel while promoting accountability and high performance.Support continuous improvement projects and assist with data collection and reporting activities.Step into operational duties when required to maintain business continuity.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
