Handling and mixing all adhesive and silicone materials and special waste.
Essential functions
- Mixing dispersion and gray adhesive
- Handling all adhesives and silicone materials and special waste.
- Provide adhesive to the lines on time
- Conducting adhesive samples for quality purposes
- Off load of tankers
- Operate Bulk Tank farm
- Work within Business Express(BE) for scheduling
- Meet all quality requirements for all series
Hazardous Waste Responsibilities:
- Identify Hazardous Waste
- Ensuring proper containers are used for hazardous materials
- Labeling Hazardous Wastes Containers and signifying Generation Start Date.
- Move Materials Designated as hazardous wastes into Hazardous waste storage area
- Complete Weekly Inspections using appropriate checklist
additional responsibilities
- Ensure building safety and keep supervisor informed of any hazards or facility damage;
- Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or other member of the management team
- Follows prescribed safety regulations; wears proper PPE
- Maintains an optimal level of product quality and adheres to ORAFOL's Quality Program.
