Employees have the opportunity to make a visible impact through process enhancements, equipment improvements, and strategic capital projects while developing their technical expertise within a supportive environment.Job DescriptionLead and resolve day-to-day operational and process-related challenges.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall process performance.Manage chemical process, solution flow, and wastewater treatment projects.Oversee capital expenditure projects, including equipment replacements, facility upgrades, and process enhancement initiatives.Develop equipment specifications and support equipment selection for upgrades and process improvements.Specify and implement automation and control systems to improve manufacturing operations.Create control strategies and support programming for automated chemical processes.Collaborate with Environmental, Health & Safety teams to establish and maintain safe operating procedures.Coordinate activities with maintenance personnel, electricians, production teams, and external contractors.Evaluate equipment and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.Prepare technical documentation, procedures, and training materials as required.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
