Job Description
- Oversee all plant specific operations on the floor - leading KPIs for safety, efficiency, quality and cost.
- Manage various chemical risks and support safety initiatives in that regard
- Provide senior leadership to deliver site specific objectives from corporate leadership
- Ensure compliance with ISO, OSHA, EPA and GMP requirements
- Manage plant budgets and capital projects
- Ensure top-level customer experiences from an internal operational perspective, - top quality, on-time shipping, etc
- Lead business planning for the site for immediate, 2 year, and 5 year plans

The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of progressive experience in a leadership capacity within a Chemical manufacturing environment
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field
- Knowledge of ISO, OSHA, EPA, GMP, and other regulations strongly preferred
- Ability to lead KPIs for safety, quality, operations, efficiency, cost, delivery, etc
- Strong project management skills with the ability to implement and execute corporate strategy projects
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
- Candidate local to northern surbubs preferred, open to relocation
