What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 125 lbs occasionally)
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to follow detailed technical instructions
• Comfortable working with chemical processes and wearing PPE

What You'll Do as a Chemical Packager:

• Package granular products into plastic bags: fill, seal, mark, box, and palletize
• Assist with batch production, including handling bulk bags and liquid totes
• Package liquid products into bottles: fill, weigh, seal, mark, box, and palletize
• Operate forklifts to transport materials
• Maintain inventory accuracy for packaging operations
• Participate in team meetings and discussions
• Support other areas of the plant as needed
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor
