Award winning team with exceptional work environment. *Six Paid Statutory Holidays after 90 days probationary period. *One Week Paid Vacation Bonus after six months / 1960 regular hours. *Weekly pay by direct deposit. *Performance Reviews (and compensation reviews)Job Description: Responsibilities* Accurately performs most chemical manufacturing functions as needed while working under limited supervision of senior operators.* Complete priorities in relation to defined schedules to manufacture high performance aerospace materials to prescribed standards and specifications.* Monitor complex chemical reactions/operations under supervision of senior operators.* Participate in 5 S activities.* Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements at all times.* Facilitate the chemical process, including adding reactants to raw materials and overseeing all steps of the reactions* Perform tests on the final product* Make any necessary adjustments to equipment* Use a forklift to move drums and pallets* Meet quality standards without delaying production* Maintain a clean and safe workplaceEducation and Experience* High school diploma / GED* Prior experience with chemical production processes or in a manufacturing environment (strongly preferred)* HazMat certification (preferred)* 1-2 years of related experienceSkills and Knowledge* Must be a U.S citizen* Ability to operate a forklift* Basic math, reading, and computer skills* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.* Physical ability to complete job duties* Ability to follow directions accurately* Attention to detail and organization skills* Strong verbal and written communication skillsIf you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
