We are seeking a Chemical operator in Irwin, PA to support the production, mixing, and packaging of
polymer-based products

Key Duties:

* Set up, operate, monitor, shut down, and clean production equipment in accordance with
work orders and process specifications.
* Load raw materials into production equipment and unload, package, and prepare finished
products for shipment.
* Perform general production activities, including machine loading/unloading and material
handling.
* Follow production schedules to meet quality, productivity, and delivery requirements.
* Perform Abrasive Flow Machining (AFM) flow quality testing for base materials and
finished media.
* Understand key process variables and their impact on product quality and production
yield.
* Work with appropriate personnel to troubleshoot and resolve production or media
performance issues.
* Monitor designated raw material inventory levels and notify appropriate personnel when
replenishment is required.






Education & Experience
* High school diploma, trade school certificate, or equivalent required.
* Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to use small hand tools.
* Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
* Ability to understand and follow ISO procedures and quality standards.
* Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
* Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
