Shift/Hours/Location: M-F, 6am-4:30pm (Schedule is tentative to change based on business needs), Mesa, AZ
Under the direction of the Production/Maintenance Supervisor, the Chemical Operator may work independently and with other department's team members to accomplish the goals of the Manufacturing Department and MLI. In general, tasks involve cleaning the manufacturing work area, prepping containers, formulating, and packaging product. The Chemical Operator will always demonstrate professional appearance, behavior, and attitude while performing his/her job duties.

Summary pay range: $22hr - $25hr
WORKING CONDITIONS
Duties are generally performed indoors in a high purity manufacturing environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. When working in the presence of safety hazards, the employee is expected to follow company safety rules and use proper personal protective equipment such as: hardhat, safety glasses and full leather shoes, etc. Employees will work in a covered Process Safety Management (PSM) environment containing threshold quantities of flammable liquids and/or gasses that have a potential for fire or explosion. Employees working in this environment are required to be free from devices that are not considered intrinsically safe. Examples of devices that may not be intrinsically safe include Insulin Pumps, Pacemakers, Pain Management devices, etc.
