    SUMMARY:
    In this position, prior learned and proven chemical and/or mechanical skills will be utilized to operate a resin impregnation, processing dry fiberglass tubes all the way to manufacturing an impregnated (wet) liner. Attention to detail and the willingness to close production monitoring will be essential to produce high quality liners.
    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1. Machine setup according to specified production instructions, using a given set of fiberglass and other raw materials.
    2. Preparation of resin mixes and foils in accordance to production instructions
    3. Independent assurance of quality requirements, before, during and after a production run
    4. Careful observation of the running production to detect malfunctions at an early stage
    5. Correction of minor malfunctions and support for major repairs, as well as pointing out irregularities to your supervisor.
    6. Maintaining order and cleanliness of the workplace, as well as care of technical equipment, machines and systems for safety and quality reasons
    7. Packaging and documentation of the goods according to the applicable requirements
    8. Shift handover with focus on clear communication and a continuously running machine
    ESSENTIAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
    1. Polite overall demeanor with all colleagues
    2. Good command of the English language, verbally and in writing
    Other essential skills and qualifications:
    1. Mechanical, Electrical or Textile qualification and training records
    2. SAP user knowledge is beneficial, but not essential.
