Description
Shift: start time is flexible(5am to 8: 30am start) working Monday-Friday. Weekend work may be available on an OT basis only.
Duration: 0-5 months (Possible Extensions)

The Chemical Manufacturing Technician I, is responsible for the manufacture of intermediate and finished good parts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Follow written procedures for a variety of jobs in the production of chemistry kits, including filling, kitting and labeling
o Record all work performed on the appropriate document per procedures
o Bring any safety and production issues to the attention of the supervisor
o Be organized and detail oriented
o Perform cleaning, sanitization, assembly/disassembly of equipment.
o Understand and adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
o Maintain a safe, pleasant and efficient work environment
o Additional responsibilities may be assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
-Associates Degree or Other Certification in Chemistry preferred.
-Ensures all work is accurate and free of errors / defects.
-Attention to detail, pay specific attention to tasks sound judgement and reasoning. Able to perform basic mathematical equations and formulas.
-Strong organizational skill, plans and assigns resources in a detailed fashion.
-At least 1 years of Experience in Chemical batch processing
