About the opportunity

Mural Group has partnered with a global specialty polymer and material science leader to add Production Operators at their Kennesaw, GA plant. You will begin in a temp-to-hire capacity—demonstrate strong performance and step into a direct role with full company benefits.

A day in the life (5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Thursday)

At 5:00 AM your shift begins. After safety checks, you’ll be assigned to one of two tracks:

  • Mixing Operator: Set up, start, and run blending/mixing equipment. Weigh and load raw materials to exact recipe specs, keep the process within safe and efficient parameters, troubleshoot equipment and processing variances, pull quality samples for the lab, and document everything in production logs and system entries throughout the shift.
  • Packaging Operator: Operate a small press and an automated packaging line. Ensure containers are correctly labeled, counted, and palletized. Use a walkie lift to weigh and move materials, mix smaller batches in vessels as needed, and complete all required SAP transactions and paperwork.

Whichever path you work on, success looks like consistent safety compliance, attention to ISO standards, spotless housekeeping, and rock-solid data integrity.
