Description
Shift: 3rd shift / Sunday-Wednesday 10pm-7:30am with alternating Thursday
+17% shift differential
Core Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor equipment such as air scrubbers, wastewater treatment plant, chemical tanks, and monorail overhead cranes.
Control process variables (temperature, pressure, flow rates) using computer systems or control panels
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues
Record production data and maintain logs
Take samples and perform basic quality checks
Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for repairs or improvements
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
Load and unload parts into processing racks.
Ensure etching processes meet specifications for precision and uniformity
Record process data and maintain detailed production logs
Follow strict chemical room protocols and contamination control procedures
Troubleshoot process equipment alarms
Collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve yield and efficiency
Adhere to safety procedures when handling chemicals and wearing PPE.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of one (1) year strong aerospace manufacturing background
Acid etch and passivation experience
Ability to utilize hand sheers, fume hood extractor, dimensional measuring, analytical lab equipment and scales.
Schedule and organize time and tasks effectively.
Ability to work in a challenging and schedule driven environment.
