Job Summary:

We are seeking a growth-minded Chef Manager to lead our business dining café and catering operations. This role is responsible for the overall success of culinary and food service operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of café service and catered events.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all culinary operations including inventory, purchasing, ordering, and receiving

Manage daily café operations and onsite catering programs

Develop menus, control food costs, and maintain quality and presentation standards

Build and maintain strong client/customer relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness

Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards

Manage budgets, P&L performance, and operational efficiency

Train, coach, and develop team members

Promote sustainability initiatives and utilization of local products

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of culinary management experience in business dining, contract foodservice, catering, fine dining, or restaurant operations

Strong knowledge of food and catering trends, food cost controls, purchasing, and inventory management

Experience managing corporate catering and special events

Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills

Experience with exposition cooking preferred

Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service operations

HACCP knowledge required; ServSafe certification preferred
