Overview
We are seeking a talented, experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced culinary environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and creativity, along with the ability to direct in managing kitchen operations.
Duties
- Supervising staff and coordinating food preparation
- Be able to coordinate and produce catering orders & events in a timely fashion
- Ensure high-quality dishes are produced consistently following standardized recipes
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items
- Monitor food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Schedule and plan a consistent and efficient weekly staff schedule
-Collaborate with GM in food/beverage reporting
Experience
- 5 + years previous experience in kitchen management or supervisory role
- Knowledge of food industry trends and techniques
- Familiarity with food service management and dietary department operations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
-Excellent leadership and motivational skills
