• Execute dishes according to Chef de Partie’s recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and prep quality within your station
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating products
• Support the Sous Chef and Corporate Chef during prep and service
• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
• Communicate effectively with the BOH team

Requirements

• 3-4 years of kitchen experience
• Upscale dining background preferred
• Strong knife skills and culinary technique
• Dependable, organized, and calm under pressure
