    Introduction

    Join our dynamic team as a key player in developing and managing enterprise-level chat solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure seamless integration of chat technologies within our organization.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Enterprise Level Engineering experience, preferably within financial institutions
    • Experience with Persistent Chat applications such as Mattermost or Rocket Chat hosted on Linux
    • Exceptional documentation and problem-solving skills
    • Extensive experience in cloud-enabled Instant Messaging platforms (e.g., Symphony, Teams, Slack)
    • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

    Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
    • MySQL DBA/Development Experience
    • Experience with the deployment of applications to Mobility frameworks including MAM and MDM

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    • Liaison with Security, Operations, Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Vendors to manage product lifecycle, fixes, features, and enhancements
    • Manage workbook through Product JIRAs
    • Develop low-level designs to meet bank requirements and security demands
    • Deploy low-level environments
    • Develop documentation and host training sessions to support the transition of new services into operations
    • Conduct advanced product testing
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all technical documentation
    • Actively participate in requirements review for technical feasibility
    • Represent technical requirements for the deployment of new services
    • Participate in regular requirements meetings to groom backlog and agree on feature releases
    • Ensure all non-Strategic Social and Chat products are decommissioned from the Enterprise
