    About the Role
    We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1+ years of post-qualification experience to join our India Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and supporting business finance operations.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
    • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
    • Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
    • Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits and resolve audit queries.
    • Prepare and file statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
    • Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
    • Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
    • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
    • Support MIS reporting and provide financial analysis to management.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.
    Required Qualifications
    • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
    • 1 3 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, taxation, audit, or finance.
    • Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act compliance.
    • Experience with statutory and internal audits.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Tally, or similar).
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
