Pay: Hourly pay + tip share [New Realm Brewing Company] is hiring a Server Assistant to support our front-of-house team. This is a great entry-level restaurant job for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment and providing excellent guest service. Job Responsibilities:Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain smooth service flow Assist servers and food runners with front-of-house support Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and guest areas Refill water, and table supplies as needed Follow restaurant cleaning, sanitation, and safety standards Support the team during busy lunch and dinner shifts
Qualifications:Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment Reliable and punctual with evening and weekend availability Restaurant experience preferred but no experience required Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–40 lbs
