Chargebacks, Rebates & Credits Specialist
Location: Central New Jersey (Hybrid Available)
Compensation: $75,000 + Benefits
A growing pharmaceutical distribution company is seeking a Chargebacks, Rebates & Credits Specialist to join its team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in pharmaceutical distribution and a strong understanding of chargeback processing, rebate administration, credits management, and contract compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile pharmaceutical chargebacks, rebates, and customer credits.
- Review claims for accuracy and ensure timely processing and resolution.
- Analyze discrepancies and work with manufacturers, wholesalers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting related to chargebacks, rebates, and credits.
- Monitor contract pricing and ensure compliance with manufacturer agreements.
- Assist with audits, reconciliations, and month-end reporting.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, customer service, and sales teams as needed.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical distribution is required.
- Prior experience handling chargebacks, rebates, credits, pricing, contract administration, or related functions strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient with Excel and reporting systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
