Your RoleThe Charge Nurse will oversee daily clinical operations, coordinate nursing workflows, and serve as a resource to the clinical team throughout the pre-operative, procedural, and recovery process.Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily staffing, assignments, and clinical workflow 
  • Provide guidance and serve as a clinical resource for nurses and support staff 
  • Supervise support personnel and reinforce established protocols 
  • Assess patients, monitor responses to treatment, and document clinical findings 
  • Recognize and communicate changes in patient condition to appropriate team members 
  • Deliver nursing care throughout pre-op, procedural, and recovery phases 
  • Work with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support positive outcomes 
  • Promote patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance initiatives 
  • Maintain professional, ethical, and evidence-based clinical standards 
  • Participate in team meetings and continuing education 
  • Complete other duties as assigned 
QualificationsRequired:
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) 
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license 
  • Current BLS certification 
  • Current ACLS certification 
Preferred:
  • Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and/or pain management experience 
  • Experience using Athena EHR 
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) 
  • CPAN certification
