BayCare Health System is currently seeking a RN -Charge Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate PCU unit at Bartow Regional Medical Center. Position Description: RN - Charge Nurse

• The RN - Charge Nurse is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills. Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team
• Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team. Is responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information
• The Charge Nurse performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse license
• BLS
• 2 years RN acute care experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• ICU Experience

Preferred:

• 1 year Leadership experience
• Nurse Specialty
