The Change & Technology Lead has primary responsibility for planning and executing the full Technology and Change agenda for a single manufacturing plant in Alliance, Texas plant. This role drives digitalization, automation, data strategy, artificial intelligence, and robotics, ensuring technology is tightly integrated with lean manufacturing operations, business strategy and vision, and delivers measurable business impact. This position is also accountable for building the organizational structure, and team required to sustain and scale digital and automation capabilities at the plant level.

The pay range for this position is 0 - 0 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
