JOB TITLE
Change Manager / Project Manager (Zoom Decommissioning)
LOCATION
Atlanta, Georgia | Remote
ROLE SUMMARY:
Lead the global decommissioning of Zoom and migration of more than 6,000 users to Microsoft Teams. This role combines project execution and change management, with responsibility for rollout planning, user adoption, communications, training, and stakeholder coordination across regions and time zones.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the global decommissioning of Zoom and migration to Microsoft Teams.
- Develop and execute change management strategies, communications plans, training programs, and user adoption initiatives.
- Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, dependency tracking, milestone schedules, and governance processes.
- Coordinate stakeholders across business units, IT teams, vendors, and leadership.
- Manage rollout waves, readiness assessments, pilot programs, cutover activities, and hypercare support.
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and user adoption across multiple regions and time zones.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience leading enterprise technology migrations, SaaS decommissioning projects, or collaboration platform transitions.
- Strong change management experience, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning.
- Strong project management experience, including project planning, governance, RAID management, dependency tracking, and status reporting.
- Experience supporting global organizations with distributed stakeholders across regions and time zones.
- Strong communication and executive-facing presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Preferred: Experience with Zoom-to-Teams migrations, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
- Preferred: Prosci, CCMP, PMP, PRINCE2, or related certification.
