Change Management Specialist

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a strong Change Management Specialist to support a dynamic enterprise, working with multiple high-impact initiatives for both corporate processes and client implementations. The Change Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing change management and process improvement initiatives, working to coordinate workflows and measuring impact of changes.

The Change Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing change management and process improvement initiatives, working to coordinate workflows and measuring impact of changes. 

Duties:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical SMEs to determine change requirements, business limitations, and roadblocks to provide workflow recommendations.
• Build relationships across teams and lines of business, coordinating logical workflows and remove obstacles in support of change requests.
• Monitor resource allocations and escalate road blockers to ensure successful delivery.
• Build and analyze reports to support and drive process improvement initiatives. Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations on technical implementations, performance improvements, and audit responses. 
• Present updates to executive stakeholders and clients on change and implementation processes. 
• Support audit requests and compliance concerns.

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting change management initiatives and process focused projects
• Proven experience working with process improvement efforts
• Strong communication
