Job Summary
We are seeking a Change Management and Communications Specialist to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across a large, matrixed organization. This role partners with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to drive successful organizational change by developing change strategies, creating communication and training materials, facilitating meetings, and guiding adoption efforts. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can influence without direct authority, solve complex problems, and adapt to changing business needs while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management plans that support organizational and project-based transformations.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand upcoming people, process, system, behavioral, and cultural changes.
• Facilitate working sessions, project meetings, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and progress.
• Create communications, presentations, and change management deliverables that support successful change adoption.
• Research projects and conduct stakeholder interviews to develop effective rollout and communication strategies.
• Review and edit communications to ensure consistent messaging across multiple channels.
• Coordinate change implementation activities and monitor execution against established plans.
• Use surveys, interviews, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms to assess change readiness and measure adoption outcomes.
• Influence stakeholders and leadership teams by demonstrating the value and importance of effective change management practices.
• Track action items, identify risks, and proactively address challenges throughout project lifecycles.

Years of Experience and Education

• 3-5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, transformation leadership, strategic communications, public relations, program management, or related fields.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Candidates with a Master's degree may be considered with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Comparable backgrounds may include Change Management Consultant, Communications Representative, Public Relations Specialist, Program Manager, or Executive Coach.
