This role sits within the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and combines organizational change leadership with portfolio governance and transformation execution. The individual will design change management activities across key programs while serving as a strategic partner to the Americas Transformation Leader, helping drive cross-functional alignment, executive engagement, governance excellence, and organizational readiness.

Success in this role requires the ability to influence across functions, simplify complexity, build stakeholder commitment, and translate transformation strategy into sustained business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Change Leadership:

• Develop change management strategies for Supply Chain transformation initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption.
• Assess organizational impacts, identify change risks, and develop mitigation plans to accelerate adoption and minimize disruption.
• Partner with business, functional, and site leaders to build sponsorship, alignment, and accountability for change.
• Measure adoption, readiness, and stakeholder sentiment, using insights to drive continuous improvement and sustainment.

Transformation Office Governance:

• Serve as a strategic partner to the Americas Transformation Leader, supporting enterprise transformation priorities, leadership communications, and organizational change efforts across the portfolio.
• Support portfolio management activities, including initiative tracking, milestone visibility, dependency management, and executive reporting.
• Facilitate alignment across programs, workstreams, and functional teams to drive informed decisions and effective execution.
• Partner with the Decision Support Lead to manage the Transformation Office governance cadence, including leadership reviews, decision forums, action tracking, and issue escalation.
• Prepare executive-level communications, presentations, and governance materials that enable clear decision-making and organizational alignment.

Program Execution:

• Integrate change management activities into program plans, implementation milestones, and governance processes.
• Drive disciplined follow-up on key decisions, actions, risks, and dependencies.
• Continuously improve transformation methodologies, standards, and best practices across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience leading change management initiatives within large-scale business, operational, supply chain, or technology transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, storytelling, and executive presentation capabilities.
• Demonstrated project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills in complex, matrixed environments.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in change management, transformation, PMO, organizational effectiveness, or related disciplines.
• Prosci or change management certification preferred. FPX certification highly desirable.
• Experience supporting PMOs, governance forums, or enterprise portfolio management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 collaboration and communication tools, including Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in: Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
