Title: Change Management Lead – Integrated Talent Strategy

The Change Management Lead – Integrated Talent Strategy is responsible for driving enterprise-wide adoption of interconnected talent management capabilities. This role leads the design and execution of change strategies that enable employees and leaders to transition from legacy processes to modern, integrated systems and ways of working.
This position focuses on advancing adoption across key talent domains, including candidate sourcing, talent assessment, employee listening, performance management, and mid-cycle promotions. The role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable change solutions, embed new behaviors, and ensure long-term adoption across the talent ecosystem.
Change Strategy & Execution
Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, readiness planning, phased adoption, and risk mitigation
Develop structured adoption roadmaps with clear milestones to drive sustainable behavior change
Communications & Engagement
Create and deliver targeted communication strategies, including awareness campaigns, change narratives, and audience-specific messaging
Translate complex initiatives into clear, compelling messaging that connects to business outcomes and user value
Adoption Enablement
Build and activate change champion networks across business units to drive local engagement and adoption
Develop toolkits, playbooks, and enablement resources for leaders and managers
Learning & Capability Building
Partner with Learning & Development to create practical, role-based learning solutions (e.g., workflows, job aids, scenarios)
Ensure training translates system capabilities into real-world application
Integration & Use Case Development
Identify high-impact use cases and integration points across talent platforms
Collaborate with stakeholders to design workflows that embed new tools into existing business processes and demonstrate quick wins
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Define and track adoption metrics, KPIs, and success indicators
Conduct pulse checks, surveys, and feedback sessions to assess effectiveness
Provide insights and recommendations to continuously optimize adoption strategies
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Partner with HR, talent, technology, and business leaders to align on priorities and execution
Influence stakeholders and advocate for user-centric change approaches across a matrixed environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in change management, organizational development, HR, communications, or a related field
7–10+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or strategic communications
Proven experience leading large-scale, enterprise change initiatives (technology and/or process transformation)
Strong ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive alignment across functions
Expertise in change strategy development, communications, and engagement planning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in dynamic environments
Experience supporting HR or talent technology implementations (e.g., Workday, talent acquisition platforms, employee listening tools)
Experience driving adoption of digital, AI-enabled, or integrated platforms
Knowledge of talent management processes (performance management, talent assessment, succession planning, promotions)
Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, Kotter)
Operates in a hybrid, distributed work environment across multiple time zones
Requires collaboration across business, HR, and technology teams
Work is performed using a variety of enterprise systems and collaboration tools
