Job Title: Change Management Coordinator
Location: Locally remote but within commuting distance of downtown Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 6 Months
Position Summary
Supports the successful implementation of the Time & Labor Project by coordinating
change management communications, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure
smooth adoption of new timekeeping tools and processes. This position will be aligned to
the ITS PMO Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the creation and execution of the change management plan, focusing on
both payroll admins as well as end users.
Prepare and deliver clear project communications, timelines, and user guidance.
Maintain stakeholder lists, track impacts, and monitor readiness across multiple
departments.
Support training logistics and develop simple reference materials (job aids, FAQs,
quick guides).
Gather and escalate user feedback from pilots and rollout activities.
Maintain change readiness dashboards, calendars, and status reports.
Assist during cutover and go-live with communications and support coordination.
Required Qualifications
Experience in large-scale change coordination, HR operations, payroll/timekeeping,
and project support.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple activities and work with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft OAice, collaboration tools, and a professional
certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci/ADKAR, or
similar.
Bachelor's Degree in a technical or operations area.
Familiarity with timekeeping systems (UKG, Workday, Kronos, etc.).
