Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end project and change management, release management, and Agile delivery, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver scoped outcomes on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined project or program deliverables across multiple teams.
- Define objectives, manage scope, schedule, cost, risks, issues, and quality, and ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards.
- Facilitate delivery routines including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
- Promote communication and collaboration across organizations to manage dependencies and remove impediments.
- Develop and manage project plans, track progress, and maintain required documentation and tracking systems.
- Provide clear status updates, metrics, and escalation of issues to stakeholders, senior leaders, and executives.
- Support resource planning for delivery and execution as an individual contributor leader.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of end-to-end project and change management experience.
- Release and change management expertise, including hands-on change review and approvals.
- Proficiency with BMC Remedy and ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change processes.
- Experience with Jira for backlog, sprint, and issue tracking; understanding of Agile Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong project financial management, estimation, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to lead teams, drive results, and guide projects through all phases with required standards and documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience as a Scrum Master with Agile coaching and ceremony facilitation.
- Release management within complex, regulated environments.
- Background in automation and integration initiatives; familiarity with Co-pilot is a plus.
Additional Details
- Hybrid schedule. Onsite a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Role requires a specific start date. Candidates must be able to meet the start date requirement.
