Job Title: HR CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
Location: SF, CA- Hybrid Onsite
Rate : $60-$65/hour on C2C ALL INC
Duration : Months/Years- 12+ Months, Contract-to-Hire

Years of Experience- 5+ US Based Work
MUST HAVES:
- 5+ yrs in HR Project Management; Certified Project Management certification preferred.
- 4-yr HR systems, including HRIS, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
- 3+ yrs Developing and Implementing comprehensive change management strategies and plans specifically tailored to HR transformations.
- 3+ yrs work with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify impacts; align with HR to define role/responsibility clarity and people impacts to work as well as the skills required to accomplish the work.
- 2+ yrs Retail/eCommerce domain
