Position Summary: We are seeking a mid-level Change Management Analyst to support the planning, coordination, and execution of change management activities across key business and technology initiatives. This role will help drive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working by developing clear communications, supporting training and engagement plans, contributing to process improvement efforts, and ensuring change requests are managed in an organized and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare clear, timely, and audience-appropriate change management communications, including stakeholder updates, project announcements, process change notices, training communications, and adoption messaging.

Plan and contribute to the execution of change management activities for each assigned project, ensuring tactics are successfully delivered across change, communications, engagement, and training plans.

Support the development and refinement of business requirements by gathering input, documenting needs, identifying impacts, and participating in review sessions with Change Management, project teams, and business stakeholders.

Participate in testing activities, including reviewing test scenarios, validating process changes, documenting issues, and confirming that implemented changes align with defined requirements and user expectations.

Identify, assess, and highlight opportunities for continual process improvement based on stakeholder feedback, project lessons learned, adoption results, and operational pain points.

Support the change management process used to handle requested changes, including intake, assessment, prioritization, approval routing, communication, implementation support, and closure.

Assist in managing issues, risks, dependencies, and unexpected events that arise during change execution, escalating concerns and recommending mitigation actions as appropriate.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including project managers, business owners, technology teams, training leads, communications partners, and operational stakeholders to support smooth change adoption.

Assist with tracking change management tasks, deliverables, risks, and adoption activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and business readiness goals.

Contribute to the development of training materials, job aids, FAQs, meeting materials, and other resources that help impacted users understand and adopt changes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, organizational development, information systems, or a related field.

A minimum of approximately 3 5 years of experience in change management, business analysis, project coordination, process improvement, communications, training support, or a related role.

Experience supporting business or technology change initiatives, including stakeholder communications, training readiness, process documentation, or adoption activities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable messages for different audiences.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, track deliverables, and support project deadlines.

Experience documenting processes, requirements, issues, risks, actions, and decisions in a structured and professional manner.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build effective relationships with business and technology stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process gaps, gather feedback, and recommend practical improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with formal change management methodologies, such as Prosci ADKAR, ACMP, or similar frameworks.

Experience supporting change management activities for systems implementations, process transformations, data governance initiatives, billing or finance operations, or operational improvement projects.

Experience creating communications plans, stakeholder impact assessments, readiness assessments, training plans, or adoption tracking materials.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

Experience using project management or collaboration tools to track deliverables, decisions, risks, and action items.
