A leading financial services organization is seeking an experienced Change Implementation Manager to support a major transformation of its Revenue Management and Pricing platform. This individual will help drive the implementation and adoption of new pricing capabilities designed to strengthen governance, reduce manual processes and revenue leakage, and improve how Sales and Product teams manage pricing and profitability.
This is a highly cross-functional role partnering with Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk/Controls, and external technology vendors. The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of large-scale change implementation, Agile delivery, UAT/testing, and Treasury/Global Payments & Liquidity experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and rollout of a new enterprise Revenue Management and Pricing platform.
- Develop and execute rollout strategies, including pilots, phased deployments, change-champion networks, and train-the-trainer programs.
- Gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements within an Agile environment.
- Develop functional testing strategies and detailed UAT and regression testing plans.
- Perform user testing and manage defects, enhancements, and issue resolution through implementation.
- Build user onboarding and adoption strategies, including training materials, user journeys, office hours, product demonstrations, and production support.
- Support migration from legacy pricing and billing systems, including data mapping, readiness criteria, controls, and operational planning.
- Establish and track adoption KPIs, dashboards, user feedback, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate production-readiness activities, including training plans, operating-model documentation, implementation support, and post-launch stabilization.
- Serve as a business liaison with external vendors, aligning scope, timelines, deliverables, SLAs, and quality expectations.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk teams to deliver end-to-end transformation initiatives.
- Maintain strong governance and traceability across requirements, testing, defects, approvals, and implementation activities.
- Prepare project updates, recommendations, and executive-ready communications for key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of experience supporting large-scale change management, change implementation, or business transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience executing initiatives within an Agile environment, including requirements documentation, testing, and implementation.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing UAT/functional testing plans and managing defects through resolution.
- Strong understanding of Treasury, Global Payments, Liquidity Management, or related commercial banking products and operations.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology or platform implementations involving multiple business and technology stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and work effectively with Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, and external vendors.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and executive-presentation skills.
- Self-starter who can quickly learn complex products, processes, and systems and operate effectively in a fast-paced transformation environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Revenue Management, pricing strategy, commercial pricing, or pricing/deal management platforms.
- Experience rolling out pricing, revenue management, or deal-management tools to Sales organizations.
- Familiarity with Treasury Management Sales and/or Relationship Manager workflows.
- Experience with user onboarding, training development, product demonstrations, and change-adoption programs.
- Experience migrating users or data from legacy pricing or billing systems to new platforms.
- Knowledge of treasury/deposit pricing, profitability frameworks, or funds transfer pricing concepts.
- Experience integrating pricing platforms with billing, approval workflows, or downstream data processes.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with SQL, BI tools, or KPI/dashboard development is a plus.
