Roles & Responsibilities

Change Coordination Services

• Create or assume ownership of Change Requests (Change Orders, Change Actions, Issues) in PLM and coordinate them from initiation through approval and implementation.
• Address and reconcile rejection comments from reviewers and approvers, ensuring changes are updated and resubmitted where needed.
• Create or revise parts and update existing BOM structures to reflect approved engineering changes.
• Review and update part families, including attributes and configuration-related data.
• Work with the Configuration Management team to resolve errors that prevent workflow completion or promotion in PLM.
• Conduct BOM "where-used" analysis and confirm affected units and structures prior to implementation.
• Ensure BOM, part, and document releases and associated changes are accurately implemented in PLM and traceable to approved Change Requests.

Coordinate multiple concurrent specification revisions affecting a given BOM part or product structure.

• Organizing timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget
• Data-Driven Decision Making

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
