Position Summary
North Greenville University is receiving applications for the position of Chair of the Department of Management and Marketing, and Associate or Full Professor of Management or Marketing, beginning with the start of the 2026-2027 Academic Year. Rank and compensation will be commensurate with experience. Candidates applying for this position should hold an earned doctorate in Management or Marketing from an accredited institution. Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem solving skills, as well as demonstrated leadership, vision and collaborative skills are necessary to assist in the successful operation of the department and the college. The ability to integrate biblical faith in the teaching discipline is essential. Leadership experience as a Chair or Program Coordinator would be advantageous.

Working Relationships and Work Schedule
This position is a full-time position with a 12-month contract and a nine-month instructional period. Classes will primarily be taught in person on the Tigerville campus, but online undergraduate or online graduate courses may also be part of the teaching load. The Chair of Management and Marketing reports to the Associate Dean of the College of Business and Entrepreneurship, who reports to the Dean of the College of Business and Entrepreneurship.
