Why this role matters
Every approved component you release keeps production moving and quality uncompromised. You’ll be the gatekeeper for incoming materials and finished goods, ensuring they meet specifications and are documented to cGMP/GDP standards.
Core responsibilities
- Inspect incoming components and finished products to drawings and approved inspection plans.
- Perform dimensional and visual checks using precision measurement equipment.
- Evaluate printed materials against master documents to confirm accuracy.
- Complete clear, compliant records for inspection, retention, and traceability.
- Coordinate with Warehouse/Manufacturing on material status, release, and movement.
- Uphold housekeeping in the IQA area; file/copy documentation and sustain office inventory levels.
- Contribute to team objectives by handling additional assigned tasks.

- Thickness and force gauges

- Other measurement systems/instruments as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Preferred: 1–2 years in a quality role, or an Associate’s degree in a Science or Engineering discipline.
- Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable navigating multiple systems.
- Demonstrated integrity, self-control, and receptiveness to constructive feedback.
- Capable of lifting 60 lbs and remaining mobile across a large facility.
Work schedule and compensation
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm CST
- Pay: $27.20 per hour
