Barclays is seeking an experienced AWS MCP Integration Engineer to design develop and integrate Model Context Protocol MCP servers tools and resources that enable secure interaction between AI agents enterprise platforms and AWS services The engineer will be responsible for building scalable agentic solutions using AWS cloud services generative AI platforms MCP frameworks APIs and enterprise data sources

The ideal candidate should have expertise in AWS cloudnative development Python programming AILLM integrations API engineering and MCPbased architectures

MCP Agentic AI Development

Design build and deploy MCP Servers using FastMCP or compatible frameworks

Develop MCP Tools Resources and Prompts for enterprise use cases

Enable AI agents to securely interact with business applications through MCP

Implement tool discovery orchestration authentication and authorization mechanisms

Design reusable MCPbased integrations for internal and client platforms

Architect and implement cloudnative solutions on AWS

Integrate MCP services with
