About the Consumer Group Business Operations Team:

Business Operations plays a critical role in driving and transforming how we connect across the Intuit ecosystem and operate within the Consumer Group (CG) to deliver Consumer Platform for our customers, including Taxes, Personal Finance, and Money.

The Business Operations team aims to provide the business:

• Strategy to execution clarity
• Accountability at all levels
• Focus on outcomes
• Efficiency in how we work
• Interfaces into the Intuit Ecosystem / Platform

Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Partner with Intuit's Consumer Group senior leaders to jointly develop comprehensive business strategies that solve complex business challenges and address the needs of customers and stakeholders across various functions to drive incremental growth and unlock new customer value
• Partner with Intuit Technology Ecosystem platform leaders to influence operating and strategic planning decisions and business and investment priorities
• Provide focused analytical support to leaders responsible for operational improvements, ensuring execution is set up for success and managed rigorously
• Learn from internal and external best practices and work with business leaders to implement and scale them across CG
• Shape and manage the CG's operating rhythm and planning processes as part of member of the Business Operations Leadership team

Qualifications

We are looking for an individual who can establish rapport, credibility, trust and respect throughout Intuit and is viewed as a team player. CG Business Operations acts as a source of future leaders within the company, and we expect exceptional leadership skills and potential.

• 6-8 years of work experience in roles that were delivering impact across an organization. Examples include experience in a top tier consulting firm focused on strategy and implementation, being part of a strategy or business operations team in a technology company, and/or helping improve efficiency or effectiveness in a business function of a technology company
• Structured problem solving skills, combined with strong business acumen
• Proven ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences
• Demonstrated ability to understand end-to-end processes and come up to speed quickly on new business domains
• Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the business
• Highly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on issues within teams and the company at large
• Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with senior executives
• Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving and a keen business sense
• Strong communications (written/verbal), and senior executive-level presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong process and project management skills
• Strong academic record required. MBA, or equivalent, from a nationally recognized institution preferred

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.

The expected base pay range for this position is:

San Diego $154,500 - $208,500
