    CFO Services Senior Manager | Fractional CFO
    Brixey & Meyer | Full-Time
     
    Are you an experienced finance leader who enjoys building relationships, winning business, and helping companies make better decisions?
     
    Brixey & Meyer is seeking a CFO Services Senior Manager to help grow our fractional CFO practice. This senior, client-facing role combines strategic financial leadership with business development. You’ll build relationships, create and win new opportunities, and serve as a trusted financial advisor to clients.
     
    What You’ll Do
    Build the Business
    • Develop new business through networking, referrals, and relationship building, with Firm resources and support behind you.
    • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and convert opportunities into new engagements.
    • Grow existing relationships and Brixey & Meyer’s market presence by identifying opportunities and staying active in the business community.
    Serve as a Fractional CFO
    • Serve as a trusted fractional CFO and strategic financial advisor to business owners and leadership teams.
    • Help clients improve profitability, cash flow, forecasting, operational efficiency, and business decision-making.
    • Lead fractional and interim CFO engagements while building strong, long-term client relationships.

    • Bring a strong CFO, controllership, accounting, or financial advisory foundation.
    • Have demonstrated success building relationships that lead to new business.
    • Are comfortable originating work, creating opportunities, and growing a practice.
    • Can confidently advise business owners while moving between big-picture strategy and financial details.
    • Enjoy leading teams, managing client relationships, and translating complex financial matters into practical business guidance.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA/MAcc preferred
    • CPA or CMA in good standing
    • 7+ years of relevant experience
    • Strong client relationship, leadership, and business development skills
    • Working knowledge of accounting systems
    • Collaborative, hands-on professional who can manage multiple priorities and contribute to our culture
