Strategic Leadership Role
Our client is a well-established global real estate investment and asset management organization with a diverse portfolio across multiple regions, including North America, Europe, and Asia. The firm invests across a range of property sectors and alternative asset classes and is known for its long-term investment philosophy, strong institutional partnerships, and continued expansion within key global markets.
Job Description
Lead the firm's global finance, accounting, treasury, tax, FP&A, and reporting functions. Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with long-term corporate objectives. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, liquidity management, and capital allocation. Manage lender, investor, banking, and rating agency relationships. Support acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic growth initiatives. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory and accounting standards. Drive operational efficiencies and strengthen financial controls, governance, and risk management frameworks. Partner with investment and business leaders to evaluate portfolio performance and optimize returns. Present financial results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and the Board. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global finance organization.

The Successful Applicant
A successful CFO should have: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CA, or MBA preferred. 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience. Prior CFO, Deputy CFO, Finance Director, or Head of Finance experience within real estate, infrastructure, private equity, asset management, REITs, or related sectors. Strong knowledge of corporate finance, capital markets, debt financing, treasury, and investment management. Experience operating within a complex multinational organization. Proven ability to partner with executive leadership on strategic and operational decisions. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Demonstrated success leading large teams and managing organizational change.
What's on Offer
Competitive base salary ranging from $300,000 to $350,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits determined based on experience (DOE).
