Title: CFO

Location: Bloomington, MN

Compensation: $200,000 – $280,000 Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the senior financial leader and trusted advisor to ownership, providing guidance on growth strategy, financial performance, and business planning.
Lead all finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong fiscal management across the organization.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning efforts to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to help ensure financial stability and support future growth initiatives.
Evaluate capital needs and financing opportunities, including banking relationships and funding strategies.
Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insight, performance analysis, and recommendations that improve business results.
Oversee key external relationships, including financial institutions, insurance providers, tax advisors, and auditors.
Strengthen internal controls, reporting processes, systems, and financial workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
Build, mentor, and develop the finance team while creating the structure and capabilities needed to support continued organizational growth.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline required.
Significant experience leading finance and accounting functions, with a proven track record of progressive leadership responsibility.
Strong ability to translate operational performance and business drivers into financial insights and recommendations.
Deep understanding of project-based accounting, cost management, forecasting, and financial controls within a complex operating environment.
Experience working with ERP systems and financial technologies, including implementing process and system improvements.
Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, cash flow management, risk assessment, and strategic decision-making.
Experience supporting business expansion initiatives, strategic transactions, or complex organizational change is beneficial.
Collaborative leadership style with the ability to partner effectively across finance, operations, and executive leadership teams.
