GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established Southwest Florida commercial and high-end residential builder. The company is adding a CFO and Controller - Commercial Construction to its team in Naples, FL. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Executive finance leadership experience with a diverse commercial construction company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations across commercial and custom residential divisions
• Lead accounting, financial reporting, cash flow, banking and bonding relationships
• Oversee job costing, WIP schedules and audits
• Partner with ownership on strategy and growth

Requirements

• Executive finance leadership experience with a diverse commercial construction company.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
