Prior experience working with HVAC, plumbing, home services, or other field-service organizations is highly preferred, including exposure to multi-location operations, service-driven revenue models, and the key financial and operational drivers of those businesses. Responsibilities: Lead all finance activities during the interim period, ensuring continuity of reporting, planning, and financial operations.

Overview:

We are looking for an Interim CFO for our client on a project basis. This role is hyrbid out of Orem, Utah. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead all finance activities during the interim period, ensuring continuity of reporting, planning, and financial operations.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, and recovery plan tracking.
• Oversee lender reporting, covenant compliance, leverage reporting, and monthly lender communications.
• Provide actionable financial insights to executive leadership, sponsors, and board stakeholders.
• Monitor liquidity, funding requirements, and business performance against recovery objectives.
• Partner with the controller and accounting team to ensure timely close, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Track the financial impact of marketing and operational improvement initiatives on revenue and profitability.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Prior experience working with HVAC, plumbing, home services, or other field-service organizations is highly preferred, including exposure to multi-location operations, service-driven revenue models, and the key financial and operational drivers of those businesses.
• 7+ years of relevant experience  
• Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
