Main Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival and departure
• Follow safe driving procedures and traffic laws
• Manage transactions efficiently using the Delivery App
• Deliver food accurately, maintaining top-quality presentation and packaging
• Keep your delivery vehicle clean and organized
• Bag and wrap orders securely for transport
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A’s Team Member Handbook standards
• Arrive on time with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Be a dependable team player who takes pride in their role

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a valid State-Issued Driver’s License
• Own reliable, clean transportation with valid insurance
• Clean driving record for the past 2 years with no recent suspensions
• Smartphone capable of running the delivery app
• Willingness to work in-restaurant when not delivering

Preferred Experience

• Minimum 1 year driving experience
• Delivery and customer service experience a plus
