Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Workday SCM Consultant with strong experience in Workday Supply Chain Management implementations, enhancements, and support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Workday Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Management, and Strategic Sourcing modules, along with deep knowledge of business process configuration, reporting, and integrations.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient Workday SCM solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead and support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Workday SCM modules.
  • Configure and optimize Workday Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Accounts, Strategic Sourcing, and related modules.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
  • Support end-to-end testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
  • Troubleshoot functional and configuration-related issues in Workday SCM.
  • Collaborate with integration teams for interfaces with ERP, finance, HR, and third-party systems.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday.
  • Support Workday releases, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Create functional documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.
  • Provide production support and ensure system stability and performance.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Active Workday SCM Certification is mandatory.
  • 10+ years of Workday SCM functional consulting experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:Workday Procurement
  • Inventory Management
  • Supplier Management
  • Strategic Sourcing
  • Requisitions & Purchase Orders
  • Experience configuring Workday business processes and security.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement operations.
  • Experience with Workday reporting and analytics.
  • Knowledge of EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and integrations preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in client-facing environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional Workday certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with Workday Financials integrations.
  • Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, retail, or enterprise environments preferred.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-entity organizations.
  • Agile/Scrum or PMP certification is a plus.
