What You'll Do

Whether you're a credentialed veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT) or a technician in training, we want you using every skill you've worked hard to build:

CVT Skills - ER/ICU

  • Triages incoming emergency patients, assessing severity and prioritizing care alongside a full veterinary team
  • Monitors hospitalized ICU patients continuously, tracking vitals and catching early signs of change across multiple ongoing cases
  • Places IV catheters, draws blood, and manages fluid therapy and CRIs for critical and recovering patients
  • Assists with stabilization and treatment plans, adjusting care in real time as patients progress
  • Administers medications accurately per veterinarian orders, including controlled substances, with careful documentation
  • Performs and assists with diagnostics - radiographs, blood work, and point-of-care testing

CVT Skills - Surgery

  • Preps patients for procedures - clipping, positioning, and aseptic technique - and sets up sterile surgical suites
  • Monitors anesthesia throughout procedures, tracking vitals and adjusting under doctor direction
  • Assists surgeons directly during complex procedures, anticipating next steps and instrument needs
  • Manages surgical instrument sterilization, packing, and autoclave operation
  • Oversees post-op recovery, including pain management, wound monitoring, and comfort care
  • Builds real fluency in surgical case flow - from consult to discharge

CVT Skills - Internal Medicine

  • Assists with advanced diagnostics including endoscopy, ultrasound-guided procedures, and biopsy collection
  • Supports internists on complex, often multi-system cases that require real diagnostic problem-solving
  • Places catheters, draws labs, and preps samples for in-house and outside lab processing
  • Assists with chemotherapy administration and monitoring for oncology-adjacent IM cases
  • Educates clients on treatment plans and home care for chronic and complex conditions
  • Manages ongoing case documentation for patients with evolving, long-term treatment needs

We're looking for someone positive, motivated, and ready to bring ideas to the table - our team meets frequently, and your input genuinely shapes how we grow. We protect our culture fiercely, and that means hiring people with the determination to rise above obstacles, wear multiple hats, and show up for their team.

From continuing education to credential support to nationwide transfer opportunities if life takes you somewhere new, we build the kind of support system that helps technicians build real, lasting careers, not just punch a clock.
